We were called out to a residence in Spokane Valley that had a leaking water heater and upon inspection we found that the tank had ruptured. We quickly removed the leaking water heater and installed a new Bradford White 50 gallon natural gas water heater with a thermal expansion tank.
Today we were called out to Maverik gas to locate and repair a leak. We quickly found a broken back flow valve that was intermittently discharging water under the cabinet and rebuilt the valve, making it as good as new.
